  • Payment Information: Processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party processors (Adventure Kids Playcare does not store raw card numbers)

C. Child Information (Provided Only by Parents/Guardians)

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect information directly from children. All child-related information is provided exclusively by parents or legal guardians and may include:

3. SMS Text Messaging & Compliance

Text Message Program Terms & Conditions

Adventure Kids Playcare offers SMS messaging services to provide timely and important information related to childcare services. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable carrier guidelines.


A. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages only through a clear and affirmative opt-in action, including:

  • Selecting an SMS consent checkbox on specific website forms where SMS messaging is offered and clearly disclosed.
